This house in Canillas de Aceituno has more history than we have room to write here, but it can be seen in the pictures.

In 1487 the castle in the town was built, close to the city wall, here is our house...

The owners have retained the fantastic town house/castle charm, but with modernisation.

The house is a "must see" house to really appreciate it, pictures say more than a 1000 words, but with this house, it is best that the house itself speaks to you.

On the ground floor there is the impressive entrance hall, a bathroom and a bedroom which is currently used as a storage room.
2 steps up you come to a cozy TV room, a bedroom with a small balcony and a large dining room/kitchen. From here there is access to a large terrace where the view of Canillas and the mountains, among other things, can be enjoyed.
On the terrace there is plenty of space to find both sun and shade. Or enjoy a glass of wine in the small "above ground cozy splash pool".

On the second floor there is a long hallway where 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk in closet are found, along the hallway there is another terrace with city and mountain views.

The house is located 2 minutes walk from the large parking lot and is in the heart of Canillas. Here are both the church, restaurants, town hall, etc.
